Were you one of the hundreds who signed up to the Horus Heresy Interest List?
Well, the information below is for you, and will tell you how your pre-order will work.
We are pleased to confirm that we have received our full allocation, and all interest list requests, including additional copies, will be fulfilled.
How does this work?
We will do all of the hard work so you can put your feet up and relax, we will create an order on your account for all of the Saturnine boxes you have requested. Which will have the pending payment status.
Please check the following:
- Your account email matches the email you submitted your expression of interest with.
- Your shipping address matches your billing address.
Simply log onto your Outpost account from 10am and select the order from the orders page. Then proceed to complete payment as normal. PLEASE NOTE, this order will NOT include any supplementary products such as liber books and additional models. These will have to be placed on a separate order and can be found using the link here.
All orders must be paid for by the 23:59 on Sunday the 13th of July otherwise the pre-order will be cancelled.
FAQ’s
My shipping information is incorrect on my order what do I do?
Please contact the customer service team in writing at [email protected], and they will update this for you.
How much will the box be?
We cannot reveal the box price, but we will have auto applied our standard 20% to the order.
Can I use vouchers/points?
Yes, these can be redeemed while checking out as normal.
When will I get the box?
If you have selected shipping, your box will be shipped to arrive for the release date of the 26th of July, if you have selected collection, you will be able to collect the box from our store at 00:00 on Saturday the 26th of July at our midnight release.
If there is a problem, what should I do?
If your order does not appear at 10am, please do not panic, your stock is secure and the order import may just be a bit behind, please check back in one hour and if the problem persists please EMAIL [email protected]
How long do I have to complete the payment?
Payments must be made by 23:59 on Sunday 13th of July. Any orders not completed by 23:59 on Sunday the 13th will be cancelled and the stock made available for sale online.
