Payment Information

When do you take payment?
Payment is taken immediately upon completion of the transaction. Pre-orders are also taken in full at the time of the order.

Can I pay with card?
In short, yes. We accept all major cards from around the world. You can process a card payment through the PayPal portal with additional portals being added in the near future.

Can I pay you over the phone?
Whatever the reason, we understand that sometimes it’s easier to make a payment over the phone. We can accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone. Give us a call on 01142752172 and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you accept cash?
We accept cash in store. We do not recommend posting cash to us as there is a very high chance of it going missing during transit. If you choose to take this risk, please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for it until it is received. We strongly recommend a tracked and signed for delivery.

How safe is your website?
We take security seriously but you can never be too sure, for that reason we process payments through dedicated payment portals. This means that any attempts to intercept information through our site are impossible. We do not allow the storing of any payment information.

When you opt to make a payment you will be taken to the chosen payment portal of your chosen method. Once payment is completed you will be returned to The Outpost for confirmation.

Are there any fees?
We don’t pass on the fees for a chosen payment method. The only exception is for cross-border payments where there may be a conversion charge. This should be made clear to you during the payment process if applicable.
