Pokémon and Star Wars: Unlimited in this week’s Outpost Dispatches
- No Comments
A lightning round of Outpost Dispatches this week as Dan chats about the tweaks to Outpoints, upcoming Pokémon and Star Wars: Unlimited events, our plans for Halloween, and more.
Changes To Outpoints
We’ve made it even easier to use your own personal discount with some small changes to Outpoints!
By removing the minimum requirement, you can now use any amount of Outpoints to add a discount to your next order.

New Shiny!
For all you TCG players out there we’ve got Pokémon and Star Wars: Unlimited upcoming events, to match the future releases, including a Pokémon event later this week you can grab a ticket for.

Vallejo also started to announce their new range of True Metallics which look very interesting. You can check out Angel Giraldez’ videos talking about them, and I’m sure we’ll have them in store soon.
Hitting pre-orders this week are new Warcrow expansions, some Infinity boxes, and the Helsmiths of Hashut landing this Saturday.
Halloween!
Lining up with our now regular end of the month late night opening, this month we have Halloween! As usual we’ll be open till midnight for shopping, gaming, with drinks and snacks on hand (just make sure you book a table as they fill up quickly). And as usual it will be adults only after 10 pm.
As it’s Halloween we’ll have some fun instore events on, and there are a fair few staff who’ve been sorting costumes out as well.
Last call for event organisers!
Lastly, we put out a call for event organisers a few weeks ago, and a load of you got in touch. So much so, we have about 2/3rds of next years dates already booked out for events. That means if you’re looking to put on an event you’re choice of dates is dwindling, so get in touch with Dan or one of the store staff soon to secure your spot.
One of those who booked in an event was Jason, who has organised a Bushido event for this November.
There will be prizes and accolades for winners but this is a more casual event, the Outpost community has good players but most are new to Bushido Tournaments so Jason’s event will be easy going as an entry into the tournament scene.
