Description

CALCULATED. COVERT. ABSOLUTE.

Born from the collapse of ABOL’s old cartels, the Black Pact emerged not as scavengers—but as successors. In the chaos of war, they built an empire of control: smuggling routes turned supply lines, criminal cells became covert battalions, and information networks evolved into weapons of mass manipulation. Their influence now threads through governments, corporations, and insurgencies alike, each move calculated to expand their reach while the galaxy mistakes them for opportunists. The Pact doesn’t sell chaos. It owns it.

On the battlefield, their Clean-Up Teams strike with precision born of total authority. Trained in urban suppression and asymmetric warfare, these operatives infiltrate strongholds, breach sealed corridors, and erase resistance before command even knows it’s lost contact. Smoke, flash, and silence follow wherever they deploy. To their enemies, they are ghosts; to their allies, a quiet reminder that every deal on ABOL—legal or otherwise—flows through the Pact.
